Somehow I didn't find my way to Deviantart throughout 2013. I think I forgot my password at one point but I am back now and I hope to post up some things soon. I've been paying more attention to my professional portfolio than my fan art (though I need more of the latter in my life). If anyone is interested, I have a Facebook page which is about to get a lot more interesting than it currently is. It is not called Feralkin so don't get confused when you come across 'Brice Art' (my surname is there so clients who know me in real life can find me). I have not written a journal entry in over six months. That is bad, even by my standards. It seems there are a lot of projects coming up for Saoirse Ronan. She is a wonderful actress but while I am excited for her, I do worry that she will soon reach an uncomfortable level of fame. Hopefully she will not only be offered mainstream movie roles in the future, she deserves so much more. Maybe I just don't want to share her with all those big, heartless Hollywood studios who are only interested in gaining from her talent. I just thought I'd mention that I've recently had a couple of incidents where I've found my art appearing on either DA or other sites without my permission. This disappoints me. Everyone should express their own creativity, or at least credit any images they may have used to promote the original artist. I would prefer it if my art remains in my gallery but if you feel you want to use it elsewhere, you have to mention 'feralkin' somewhere and provide a link to my page here on DA if you can. I encourage all of my watchers to protect their own work. It is even better if we can notify one another if we find friends' art that has been copied.
